    Hayward equipment warranty claims will be forwarded directly to Hayward for servicing. Equipment warranty claims are administered by the equipment manufacturer. Aqua Pools facilitates processing the claim with the manufacturer on our customers behalf as a courtesy however we do not have visibility or control over Hayward service call scheduling. A certified Hayward service technician will contact you directly with an appointment date and time. Please allow 2-4 weeks for Hayward to respond with a scheduled repair date.

    Pool shell warranty claims will be forwarded directly to the shell manufacturer for warranty repairs. The manufacturer will contact you directly to schedule the repair date. Aqua Pools facilitates processing the claim with the pool manufacturer on our customers behalf as a courtesy however we do not have visibility or control over the manufacturers repair schedule. Please allow up to 12 weeks for cosmetic pool shell repairs.
