Turning Challenges Into Backyard Perfection
Located in a beautiful community in New Braunfels, this stunning backyard features the Aviva Apex Pool, 40 ft long, with the elegant Santorini Sky pool color finish.
The homeowners envisioned a luxurious outdoor retreat complete with:
- A 40-foot fiberglass pool
- A raised spillover spa
- A custom water feature
- Plenty of entertaining space for family and friends
However, building their dream pool wasn’t as straightforward as expected. Because the property slopes nearly four feet from front to back, the original design exceeded the neighborhood HOA’s strict line-of-sight requirements. Rather than compromising the homeowners’ vision, our team went to work designing an innovative solution.
Experience Makes the Difference
Working closely with the homeowners and the HOA, AquaPools Backyard Designer Paul Tammaro developed a custom engineering solution using two strategically designed retaining walls that preserved both the property’s aesthetics and HOA compliance.
The result? The HOA approved the project, the neighbors were satisfied, and construction moved forward exactly as planned.
